Minutes from this morning Meeting:
New thankyou cards were received warmly by Nancy, Randy presented our updated web page thanks to Ben Phillips, The Board of Directors meeting has been changed to Wednesday, July 27th at 6 pm at Randy’s, Charlie D. is organizing the Ice cream hand-out at the Georgi during the Band Concert on August the 4th, Al gave an update the work being done on the cemetery, Fuel fund dinner was discussed(Sept. tentative date), and a Reminder of our August 1st meeting with the District Governor and 3 host families.
Nine members were in attendance to enjoy Charlies eggs and sausage.
